1. Scope

These terms apply to bookings at Instituto Ehvora, purchases from the Ehvora Skincare shop, Ehvora Academy courses and events, and the use of ehvora.com.

2. Clinic services and programmes

• Every programme starts with an assessment; we may decline or adapt a treatment when it is not suitable for you.
• Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
• Programmes are valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations and rescheduling follow our cancellation policy.

3. Shop

• Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery times are estimates. Your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal, are described in our returns policy.

4. Academy and events

• Course places and event tickets are confirmed after payment.
• Certificates are issued on completion of the course requirements and can be verified at ehvora.com/verify.
• Specific cancellation terms for courses and events are shown before purchase.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our content is educational and does not replace medical advice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
