Cancellation policy

Appointments

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email or your account.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may lose the deposit or session paid.
• If we need to reschedule, we will contact you and offer the next available time or a full refund.

Programmes

• Programme sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.
• Unused sessions may be refunded pro rata, minus sessions already received at their individual value, in line with consumer law.
