Your right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU and buy online, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

How to return

1. Email us within 14 days with your order number.
2. Send the products back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, once the goods are back with us, using your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged products

Contact us with photos and your order number and we will replace or refund the product.
