Your suitability is confirmed at your consultation. Please tell us about pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin infections or inflammation, recent sun exposure or tanning, recent isotretinoin treatment, a tendency to keloid scarring, pacemakers or metal implants (for electrical and radiofrequency devices), and any medication you take.

Are results guaranteed?
No. Results vary from person to person. We explain what the evidence shows, set realistic expectations and adjust your plan as your skin responds.
What is the difference between a programme and single treatments?
A programme is a complete plan built after your assessment: preparation, targeted sessions and home care, reviewed as you progress. You don’t buy three procedures — you receive a complete programme for your skin.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email or from your account.
How do I pay for a treatment?
Depending on the treatment, you pay in full online, pay a deposit online, or pay at the clinic. The payment option is shown before you confirm your booking.
